UltraMon is an application designed to increase productivity for users with multiple displays on Microsoft Windows. One of its main features is the Smart Taskbar that extends the task bar to the secondary display and displays only the tasks open in that display.
Also, it is useful for managing windows, and adds two buttons to the title bar of each window allowing the user to (1) send a window to the other display, or (2) maximize the window across both displays. It is commercial software with a 30 day free trial, and a cost of $39.95 for a single license to buy. MultiMonitor Taskbar is a free alternative to UltraMon. It is developed by Realtime Soft, based in Bern, Switzerland, with the current release version 2.7.1.
