William Payne: #quicken_online I am trying to reach Quicken Help.My Quicken has crashed twice in just a few months. I'm looking for help, and a free download, and YOU WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR YOUR
HELP???
My respect for Intuit/Quicken has gone down lower and lower, but today sets a new record.
I guess I'll set up a Check Register on my spreadsheet, and forget all about your company! Aug 13, 11

Thanks for posting that. Trying to sign up for Quicken Online in any logical fashion leads you to mint.com.

Update: While I was able to add my credit card, I could not add my bank account, even though it's supported. After several emails back and forth between Quicken's support, all they could tell me was their method of scraping data from my bank is currently outdated. No word on when it might work. While this is a free service afterall, it has definitely made me think twice about using a paid version of Quicken in the future.
