Evolution
Released March, 2010
The Pros:Mail, contacts, calendaring and tasks all in one application. Free. Stable.
The Cons:Interface is good but looks too much like MS Outlook.
Evolution is an open-source alternative to Microsoft Outlook. It has much of the same functionality including e-mail, calendar, address book and task list management. It is the default e-mail client for the GNOME desktop.
As such included as default application in enterprise-level Linux distributions by likes of Novell and Red Hat.
