aTV Flash (black) is a software package that enhances your second generation (black) AppleTV with increased functionality. aTV Flash adds features to your Apple TV by adding them to a well organized horizontal menu system.

You will see new options like Media (content outside of your iTunes) Browser, XBMC/BOXEE and Maintenance appear with Apple TV's standard media sections. It's relatively simple to install, once purchased from Fire Core's website you simply attach a USB flash drive into your computer and go through the automated installation wizard. Once that's complete unplug the power cable, plug in the flash drive into the Apple TV's USB port, plug the power back in and wait while the installer completes the process. What's great about this modification is that it doesn't require any physical changes to your Apple TV.
